Physician Assistant – Psychiatry

Job Description:
We are looking for a Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our team in Panama City, Florida. The PA will care in an outpatient setting. This position offers a great work-life balance with daytime hours from Monday through Friday. 

• PA will provide medication management and psychotherapy as needed.
• Psychiatrist will complete the initial assessment, but the PA will occasionally perform comprehensive evaluations and consultations as well.
• Treatment population includes 80% children and adolescents with a mix of private insurance, fee for service and Medicaid patients.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited program in the US.
• Active Florida medical license.
• Minimum two years experience with children/adolescents.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
