Seeking a Psychiatrist for our highly skilled behavioral health team at a well-established and respected practice that has been serving the Florence, South Carolina are for 30 years.

JOB TASKS/DUTIES:
– Providing direct psychiatric services through the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and treatment of clients assigned.
– Assuring the appropriate psycho education for clients, families, staff, and community professionals and lay people.
– Assuring the involvement of families and other person’s of the client’s choice whenever possible, with the client’s consent, in treatment planning. – Providing psychiatric leadership to interdisciplinary teams.
– Assuring the clinicians assigned to him/her receive appropriate clinical supervision on a regular basis.
– Participating in administrative duties.
– Serving as psychiatric liaison with community care providers, particularly with regard to continuity of patient care.
