Seeking an outpatient psychiatrist for a large multi-specialty group in Juneau, Alaska. Join an excellent community practice adding a provider to meet growing community demand.

Overview:
Out-patient with no call duties
Weekday schedule w/ option for a 4/10 schedule
50 physician group
Low Patient Volume

Duties:
– Responsible for decisions regarding highly complex cases as well as normal diagnostic treatment.
– Special program assignments such as training, program coordination, research, analysis, and consultation as required.
– Provide treatment services to include intensive outpatient services, routine outpatient services, consultation liaison services and follow-up care for patients with acute disorders of minor or major proportions.
– Provide supervision to other professional staff such as psychologists, advanced practice nurses, mental health specialist and social workers.

Requirements:
BC/BE in Psychiatry
Unrestricted state license
