We are looking to add a full-time Primary Care Physician to a growing private practice in Silver Spring, Maryland. Join an excellent private practice considered a leader on the community.

Overview:
– Established private practice with experienced providers and support staff
– Weekday schedule, no weekends and no call
– Outpatient only
– 15-18 patients a day
– Support from other specialties
– Appointments w/some walk-in cases
– 4-day work week

Summary:

The Physician will provide patient care within assigned facilities, nursing homes, hospital rounds, or other patient care as assigned by the Medical Director. Call duties will be shared equally with all other Physician participating on hospital rotations. Physician works independently without day-to-day supervision of the performance of his or her work in all phases of family practice, office, hospital, home, and long-term care. Physician will co-manage, observe, support, advise and consult on patients cared for by mid-level practitioners, and is directly responsible to the Medical Director.

Qualifications:

Current state license
Current CPR certification.
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must maintain licensure and certification

Must have the ability to work well with others in a professional manner in a team oriented environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, work both independently and as a team.
