Position Objectives:
– Responsible for managing the organizing databases and related company materials
– Ensure the availability, security, and usability of all data and resources
– Identify and collect relevant data from various sources
– Identify and implement evolving best practices
– Utilize data to implement new and on-going engagement and development objectives
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field, or 3 years of experience in the field • 3 years of SQL experience with PL/pgSQL, PL/SQL or T-SQL procedural programming preferred • 3 years of relational database management software experience with PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server preferred • Logical data modeling experience • Proficiency in data warehouse design and maintenance • Experience with ETL and integration tools and processes • Prior healthcare data management experience preferred • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Essential Duties:
– Work as a collaborative part of a multi-faceted team
– Execute duties in a timely and efficient manner
– Become an expert on the companies extensive network of resources
– Identify various relevant data from the internet and other sources and integrate into existing databases and materials
– Become an advocate for best practices and evolving solutions
– Maintain concise, accurate and organized data
– Communicate with members of the team and provide them with necessary data sources and documents
