Overview:
Physician will diagnose and treat diseases, injuries, and other disorders within limits of specialized field. Works as a mentor with other clinical staff to coach, teach, and ensure that services provided to patients are of the highest quality as measured by patient satisfaction. Weekday outpatient schedule, seeing roughly 20-22 patients per day.

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Current IL license
• Evidence of continuing education
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred
• BC/BE in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN or Pediatrics
• Current DEA
