What are the costs for ARCH Healthcare's recruiting services?
There is no upfront cost for our services. We work on a contingency basis, so we only collect fees if you hire one of our candidates. If you are interested in more detailed information on our fees, please contact us.
Does ARCH offer a "guarantee" on provider placements?
Yes. We offer a 90-day guarantee on all new hires. If the provider does not remain employed for at least 90 days, we find a replacement provider or refund any fees that already been collected.
